Recipe: Irish Cream Whiskey

I made a YouTubes! Here’s a super-not-great-at-making-videos-video-recipe of our Homemade Irish Cream Whiskey from the St. Paddy’s Day Party. (I will attempt to shoot better video of myself making food in the future. And, er, sorry some of those text bits are so fast.)

  2. I confess … our homemade Baileys is rocking the very first day. But after it sat for 3 weeks, the flavors melded and became absolutely sinnnnful. I think we went through that entire pitcher in about 20 minutes.

    Serving tip, Internet friends … make lil mint cubes by suspending mint leaves in ice cube trays. The cubes are lovely, and if your drink actually lasts long enough for the ice to melt, you’ll get a rad minty taste.

  3. Can you send me the recipe for the Guinness chocolate pudding? I had to leave before it got served, but it sounds delicious.
